At Riverstone Lodge, our conference packages are designed with your specific needs in mind. We offer a range of features to ensure your event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression. Here’s what you can expect:

    Everything You Need to Know

    Get the details on our terms & conditions and cancellation policy. We’ve got all the info you need to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience at Riverstone Lodge.

    • 50% deposit and signed terms and conditions to be completed to confirm the booking.
    • Bookings will be held for seven days and then released if the deposit is not received, without liability to the client.
    • Balance to be paid 14 days prior to the booking date.
    • All operational and running order details, including the final number of delegates must be confirmed in writing five days prior to the booking date.
    • All extra’s to be paid on departure, unless otherwise agreed by management.
    • Kosher & Halaal is catered for at an additional surcharge.
    • All drinks and service fees are not included in the above rates. Clients have access to venues 30 minutes prior to the booking time.
    • Should a function extend provided and agreed times, an additional surcharge will apply.
    • Please note that Riverstone Lodge is a strictly cashless environment, due to safety protocols.

    30 – 45 days prior: 25% cancellation fe.e

    15 – 29 days prior: 50% cancellation fe.e

    0 -14 days prior: 100% cancellation fe.e Amount based on final invoice.

    Cancellations must be in writing.

    Should a client need to reschedule or cancel due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, the following will apply:

    1. The deposit will be kept as confirmation for the new date;
    2. A cancellation will attract Riverstone Lodge’s cancellation policy terms.
