Scope and General Purpose: 

To supervise and control all food and beverage stock movements and costs.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Must have Matric Certificate or Certification on H&S or NQF level 4;
• At least TWO years in a formal Kitchen as a Junior with an interest on Food;
• Must have an ability to learn & grow for culinary responsibilities;
• Ability to work under pressure, Flexible and work well in a team;
• Must have Good English command, Read, Write and computer literate;
• Must be in possession of South African Identity Document and be a South African Citizen;
• Must have positive attitude and NO criminal record;
• Must be Local or have own transport;
