Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our food and beverage operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring efficiency and high standards.
  • Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Customer Service: Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and ensuring high service quality.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability while meeting revenue targets.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with chefs and other team members to design innovative and appealing menus.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and company policies.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and manage supplier relationships.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Related field qualification.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a food and beverage managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of financial planning and budgeting.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
