Qualifications and Experience
- South African Citizen
- Matric / Grade 12 Certificate
- Computer Literacy (Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and kitchen management systems)
- Previous Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in a senior kitchen position
- Experience in a 3-star or higher graded lodge or hotel
- Purchasing and Stock Control:
- Knowledge of food purchasing procedures, supplier relations, and inventory control
- Understanding of cost control and wastage management
- Driver’s License: Valid Code B (or higher) license
- Own Transport: Preferable
