Job Summary
Scope and General Purpose:
To supervise and control all food and beverage stock movements and costs.

Key Responsibilities
- Conducting regular stock takes and audits to identify discrepancies.
- Receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming goods.
- Managing stock rotation and maintaining tidy storerooms.
- Recipe and menu costings.
- Ordering and interacting with suppliers.
Qualifications and Experience
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: At least Grade 12 Matric with a pass in Mathematics
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in cost control and inventory management preferably in the hospitality industry
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel is a must, and experience in any other inventory management preferably Plus Central & Plus Point
- Physical Requirements: Ability to move stock, lift, and carry items.
- Other: South African Citizen, Ability to work shifts including nights and valid driver’s license is preferred.
